 Centerless Grinding-Polishing Machine

Abrasive belt grinding and/or polishing machines for round tubes/bars as well as micro-finishing, scouring, etc.

Machine Model CT-I, CT-II and CT (N) are available from 3 to 8 working heads for parts from 6 mm to 125 mm diameter. Model CT(P) for heavy parts and diameter up to 250 mm.
Depending on the polishing tools used, a great variety of finishes can be achieved using an abrasive belt back stand, sisal or cotton brushes, flap-wheels, etc.
Even in the "standard" models, the working heads have a very solid structure that allow multiple adjustments by means of screw spindles for quick and easy control of thickness settings.
The machine is available in dry or wet execution. Available options are as follows:
- Roller supports for long or heavy tubes or bars (with or without traction at the inlet of the machine).
- Automatic loading of the parts with ramp and hopper-ware.
- Auxiliary driving group and the inlet and/or outlet of the working head (for heavy tubes).
- Soundproof enclosure.
- Automatic adjustments for "transfer" machines.
