Flat Polishing Machine with Moving Table or Moving Head

AUTOPULIT offers two alternatives for bright finishing and/or satin finishing of metal sheets, profiles or flat parts. We manufacture a machine with a moving table or with a moving head.The moving table on machine Model PHA has reciprocating movement with adjustable speed. In the Model CDA, the table is fixed and the working heads move under the rails with adjustable speed.The piece holding tables have capacities from 300 mm x 500 mm to 1550 mm x 7000 mm.

POLISHING HEADS

The working heads are extremely robust and have a capacity of up to 1550 mm and power up to 40 kW. They are floating and have adjustable and constant working pressure with electronic buff wear compensation. The adjustment of the machine is done by CN, allowing stroke adjustment, speed, number of passes, pressure, etc. from the control screen. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Available options are as follows: Vacuum installation for holding of the parts Automatic loading and unloading of the metal sheets Brush dressing APPLICATIONS Metal sheet, profiles, flat stainless steel parts, aluminum, brass, etc.
