High-tech robotic cells for deburring, abrasive belt grinding and polishing complex parts of small and medium size. Thanks to the high versatility, it can also be applied to a small series of parts, allowing several hours of unattended operation, depending on the capacity of the magazine provided.

The robot has 6 axes with load capacity of 14, 24, 60 and 120 kg. The electronic control equipment incorporates a central unit, screen and teach pendant, with joystick to ease the programming and trajectory correction. It can do up to 4 finishing operations without needing operator assistance.

|
They work with abrasive belts up to 5000 mm long for longer run-times.
The work pressure is highly sensitive for fine adjustment. The contact wheels can have from 50 to 450 mm diameter and they can be placed in different positions to ease access to the tool.
|
|
Capacity for buffs up to 1000 mm diameter and 100 mm wide, with automatic turning speed adjustment, depending on the diameter of the buff and the contact pressure, as well as buff wear compensation.
|
